How we research

Every guide on Clear Hear Guide starts with primary sources: manufacturer specifications, FDA guidance, and official insurer or government pages. We cross-check prices and coverage details against multiple sources before publishing, and we date our content so you can see how current it is.

How we review products

Our reviews compare published specifications, pricing, trial periods, warranties, and verified customer feedback. Where we have not personally tested a device, we say so plainly and rely on documented specifications rather than impressions.

Independence

Our editorial conclusions are our own. Affiliate relationships never determine which products we recommend or how we rank them. If a product is poor value, we say so even when we could earn a commission on it.

Corrections

If you spot an error, tell us through our contact page. We correct mistakes promptly and note significant corrections on the article.

Medical boundaries

We are not medical professionals. Our content explains options and trade-offs; it never diagnoses hearing loss or prescribes treatment. Read our medical disclaimer.
